do I qaulify for a ca disabled placard if I have klinefelters syndrome. I had surgery to have children and afterwards my body quit make testosterone. I get testopel implants every 4 months so my T levels are alwa anys going up and down. Energy levels are always a constant battle.

You can definitely try and get a CA disabled placard if you can get a medical letter from your PCP/ endocrinologist stating that you energy levels are generally sapped because of the fluctuating testosterone levels. CA DMV usually makes provision for people with low energy levels due heart and lung condition,endocrine disorders etc.
