Do I Require Bone Marrow Transplantation?

Sir,

I am a patient of adult all undergoing consolidation therapy.The latest bone marrow report after induction therapy gave the impression of reactive hyperplasia,fish report reads normal anr nagative for BCR/ABL translocation(PHchromosome) and the cytogenic karyotype reads normal too.Do I require bone marrow transplantation?
