Do PCOS And Endometriosis Cause Sharp Pain In The Nipples?

I had a sudden change in my breast next to the areola in which there is a spot that is white. Like lack of pigmentation white. That breast, which had always hung a little lower than the other, now has the nipple way out of alignment with the other. There is inconsistant very sharp pain that feels like slicing or tearing, occasionally the skin on the nipple is itchy and scaley, but it typically passes in a few days. I'm 28 with PCOS and Endometriosis and wasn't sure if it would be caused by those conditions or if it is something I should get checked out.

Hi,

Both PCOS and endometriosis can cause pain and soreness of breast and nipple.

Nothing much to worry and you can take analgesics like Mefenamic Acid for pain relief.

If symptoms are severe you can consult a gynecologist and get evaluated.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
