Do SSRIs Taken During The HIV Window Period Suppress Antibody Production, Making An HIV Test Unreliable After Three Months?
Hi Doctor sorry for disturbing you but it is urgent. I took antidepressants ssris during the whole hiv window period and after 3 months my test 3rd generation antibody came negative. But one article says Antidepressanta Ssris singnificantly slowdown the viral replication and downregulate the RT respons in latently infected T cell line and macrophages. My question is Does taking antidepressants Ssris during the whole window period of hiv suppress the hiv antibody production that cant be detected by hiv antibody test even after the window period?
