Do Vertin, Lasilactone And Neuromet Cure Bouts Of Dizziness?

I get dizziness once in a while, last I got was 2 months back. My left ear's hearing has reduced a lot. other times i am quite normal.Am I suffering from Minieres disease. I have got my audiometry done and the physician says its early minieres disease. has advised Vertin 16 mg, Lasilactone and neuromet. I am not taking any of these medicines. Please advice if I should take these medicines as I don't have regular bouts of dizziness.Will my condition improve if I take these medicines. My age is 44, ht- 5'8", weight- 69 kgs.
