Do Antibiotics Have Any Effect On The Injectable Contraceptives?

Good day, I was using Petogen since 2015, defaulted late last year. This year in June I had my periods then I went back to the injection in August 2017 and was meant to go back in October 30 but I went back on the 5th of November. I am currently having unprotected sex. On the 15 of November I was diagnosed with kidney infection and started flagyl and profloxin. My question is can these 2 antibiotics affect my injection. I m currently using a condom because I heard it can clean the injection is this true? Thanks in advance Linda
