Do Antibiotics Taken For Diverticulitis Cause Pain In The Testicles?
My husband has finished two back to back rounds of antibiotics for diverticulitis (first bout) and still has abdominal pain, just not as intense. He had pain in his left testicle and still does. Is this related? What should we do at this point? Wait for gastroenterologist or go to ER?

As per my surgical experience, there is no concern with antibiotic intake and testicles pain. The testicles pain might be related to possible calculus or gravels in the urinary system causing referred pain or primary pain from inflammation of the testis itself.
