I have had pressure in my head, in left arm, heart pounding and very weak off and on for about 2 weeks. today it was so bad I almost passed out. BP dropped to 110/51 H/R 68 I am still very weak and left arm still aches I am wondering if I had a mild heart attack.

Hi,
Welcome
Cardiac chest pain is exertional that is it occurs after exercise and exertion and reduce after rest.
It is diffused in nature, means you can not pin point it.
Every chest pain should be evaluated in detail.
I'll suggest you to get a ECG, a blood test called Troponin and 2D echo as soon as possible to rule out it being cardiac.
Thanks
