HX of Nasopharyngeal Cancer CT SCAN 12-15-21 with contrast comparison to same 4-1-21. Question: Wondering if the following new findings are suggestive of the cancer possibly coming back??? (1) April impression stable exam left nasopharyngeal region with mild fullness w/o enhancing lesions or adenopathy...12-15-21 Left nasopharyngeal region now with persistent bulky appearance with interval mucosal enhancement & peripherally enhancing hypodense 0.9 x 0.8 cm abnormality. (?small retention cyst). Requires clinical exam/direct visualization for assessment. (2)Small subcentimeter enhancing bilateral level 2 lymph nodes measuring up 7 mm on the left side...were not present on prior exam (4-1-21) Attention on f/u suggested.
