Is it normal to have PMS cramps appear on the same day as when the bleeding begins or is it a sign of pregnancy? Ive had no warning PMS signs up until today and this is the same day as when the bleeding started and I usually have a few days of PMS leading up to menstruation
some women get cramps on or before their period, others do not. It is more common if you get cramps to get them just before your period and they usually subside within 48 hours of starting but it can happen during and there is no clear significance to it.
