Do Cysts Due To Acne Need Medical Attention?

I have a hard 1 inch circle circular lump on my sternum in between my breasts. It s been there for about two weeks. I have acne that occurs beneath the skin and will have it until menopause. Sometimes I get cysts underneath the skin due to this acne problem. Do I need to check this out?

Yes if you are getting acne and cysts because of it you do need to consult a dermatologist.Nodules and cysts in acne suggests a Grade 4 acne and if it is not taken care of it may heal with scarring.
