Do Dizziness And Nausea In An Elderly Person Need Medical Attention?

my husband developed severe dizziness getting out of bed..felt nauseous. no fever, it subsides somewhat when he lays down but doesn t entirely stop. he is 72 years old, taking a statin but no other medications. it s been about 3 hours or so now. should we go now to the ER?

You have to consult a physician immediately and it will be better to take him to ER now.
It might be due to minor strokes or TIA(transient ischemic attack) and we have to take a CT scan as soon as possible.
