Hi, Out of the medicines, you have been prescribed, Tugain solution contains finasteride. However, topical application of this solution is safe, as finasteride is usually not absorbed in significant amount by topical application, therefore resulting almost no systemic bad effect. However, Tablet Finax has finasteride as its active ingredient. Finasteride has its sex related side effect in males. These effect may be decreased libido, erectile dysfunction as well as ejaculation disorder. Usually these effects are of mild nature, but in some cases these may be moderate to severe and in some cases, discontinuation of medicine may be advised. Take care.
