I have multiple uterine fibroids size are uterus size 79.3 x 59.7 x 53.4mm multiple fibroids are as unde A 25.7 x 24mm, 16.7 x 15.7mm in the posteriod wall 15.6 x 14.6mm in anterior wall of uterine body 17 x 13.7mm in the body left laterally 7.5mm seen in the funds endometrial echo is 11.9mm thick My question is can i remove my utres? My age is 47 years
