Do Heart Murmurs Get Worse ?

Do heart murmurs get worse over time or can they get worse. I have one but it s not serious, but i was just wondering if it could get worse over time?

I am assumming that you have had an echocardigram and that you Dr is aware of the cause of your murmur. Do you know the cause of your murmur? Without knowing the cause all answers would be pure speculation.
