Do Hot Flashes, Bloating And Discomfort Breasts Indicate Perimenopause?

Yes...perimenoupause runs early in my family. Me and my boyfriend have been intimate for 7 plus years and he is 43 now. He also had a vasectomy when he was 29. Now, I have had hot flashes, bloating and occasional tingling in my boobs, not to mention, my periods can be several months apart from each other. Could I be beginning perimenoupause?
