Do I Have Syphilis Without Symptoms?
Hello, I was tested for all STD and the results came back negative except for Syphilis. The doctor said the results didnt say negative and positive so I had to retest. My question is there a possibility that I have Syphilis even though I have had no symptoms? And why would the test come back abnormal?

Thank you for query.as VDRL is non specific ,there are false positive results also possible as you have no symptoms. You can go for other confirmatory tests for syphilis.consult doctor for further investigation.
