Do I Have To Wear A Bandaid For The Skin Lacerations?

One of my skin lacerations is on my little finger and about 3/4 inches long. The skin that was torn off is still attached to my little finger. May I wear a bandaid with neosporin on it to bed? It is extremely sensitive to warm water without the bandaid on it during the day time. The second laceration is on my middle finger on the same hand. It is about 2/3 of an inch long and the top layer of skin is completely gone on this laceration. Again, may I wear a bandaid to bed for this laceration too? I may have done all these lacerations in my sleep this a.m. and I am single so I have no way of knowing exactly how I did it. Thanks much, Cathy Muth YYYY@YYYY
