Do I Have To Worry About HIV Even If I Used Condom?

Hi doctor. I had sex with three prostitutes using a different condom for each one. Im only scared because what if there was a hole in the condom. I went for the hiv pcr rna test (10 day test) and everything came out negative. do i have anything to worry about?

As you mentioned that you used condom every time on different occasion ( 3 times ) .
You got hic, pcr, rna test ( 10 days).
If there is hole in condom , do you contract HIV .
Since you tested and it is NEGATIVE , so why are you worrying.
If there is hole in the condom , if woman was high infectious . Everything depend on IF ??
Antibodies to HIV begin appear after 2 weeks of initial contract but not later than 3 months ( so window period is 2 weeks to 3 months ) .
While rapid pcr rna already NEGATIVE , in my opinion , you are not having any symptoms , so this clearly shows that you are HIV free.

First of all, you have to be sure about HIV status of the prostitutes whether they are positive or not. Second, you had protected intercourse at all three occasions using different condoms than you need not to worry much about HIV as the chances of getting an infection are very remote. Third, you went for HIV RNA PCR after 10 days post exposure and it was negative which indicates very less likely possibility of HIV so be relaxed and move ahead.
