Do I Need To Go For Any Other Test To Check HIV?

Hi doctor, I had an unprotected sex last one year back. After 25 days of exposure . I went for HIV 1 RNA pcr test and p24 antigen test and both was negative. After 100 days, i went for westurn blot test and if was negative and after 300 days i did normal test and it was negative.... do i need to go for any other test or i am safe from it

You had an unprotected sexual intercourse one year back and you had gone for HIV 1 RNA PCR and p24 antigen test after 25 and 100 days after exposure and western blot test 300 days after exposure and all the test results are negative so you need not to go for any other test. You are completely safe.
