Do I Need To Seek Immediate Medical Attention?

Shortly after experiencing explosive diarrhea, I felt lightheaded. My vision then got fuzzy, which turned completely black. I was temporarily blind in both eyes for around a minute. Meanwhile, I experienced cold sweat. Do I need to seek immediate medical attention?

Hello
It seems from the history that you had sudden blackouts of vision lasting for few seconds following diarrhea. This can be because of hypotension caused by dehydration as a result of diarrhea.
Hence take treatment for diarrhea and adequate hydration by intake of lot of fluids and water.
If the sudden blackouts of vision continue to occur even that then you need to consult your doctor for examination and treatment accordingly.

Thank you
