Do I Need To Take Medicines As My Neck And Head Are Paining?
A few days ago my stomach started hurting around 6 pm. Later that evening I developed a fever. I felt better the next morning and all problems were gone by late afternoon. I felt really tired the following day. Now I feel fine but my neck and head are hurting. They have been hurting for 2 days. Do I need meds?
As first-line management, you can take analgesics like paracetamol or aceclofenac for pain relief. If symptoms persist better to consult a physician and get evaluated. Detailed evaluation is required including an MRI to rule out conditions like cervical spondylitis.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
