Do I Need Uterus Removal In Case Of Fibroids And Cyst In Uterus?

i underwent polypectomy ,d&c and cervical polyp of 6cm*2cm*2cm was removed .I amm aged 53yrs. i have taken

scan and diagonised to have bulky utrerus,smll fibroids and cyst.No period after D&c for last 4months.taking sevista tablets. what next please? should i remove utrerus?
