hi, Im going to gym for past two days..... Im little bit confused like , some people say that going to gym is effective and healthy and some other people say that its not good and once if we join gym, then wehave to continue for life time. if we leave in middle then we put on weight again... is that true?? im 25 years years and my height is 5.3 inches and weight is 68.
Actually when you go to gym then your body looses extra calories which normally you don't loose at home. Your body gets adapt to gym. Later on when you leave gym then you don't burn enough calories and on the other hand you eat normal which gets deposited as fat. I would suggest you to do jogging for 30-45mins daily in the evening. It will keep you healthy and fit.
