Do Light Spotting And Nausea Indicate Pregnancy Despite Negative Test Results?

I think I am pregnant. I have all the symptoms. In July I had my period. Beginning of the the month I had intercourse when I was ovulating. In August I spotted but it was extremely light not even a day worth the second day it was less. All the pregnancy test come out negative. The blood test came back negative. I still feel pregnant and still have all the symptoms. This month I started spotting yesterday it was brown and today I am bleeding but not filling an entire pad. I keep throwing up. I am thinking I might have another fibroid could that affect the results of pregnancy

depending up on the fibroid size we will know whether it will effect pregnancy or not. as the fibroid size increases less pregnancy chances if it is cornual ...
