Hello,

The pain and nausea you are experiencing are concerning for possible kidney issues like infection, ureteric stone.

Urine analysis and culture, Xray Kidney ureter bladder and even CT scan of the kidneys may be warranted to come to a definite diagnosis. So, please be advised to follow up with the emergency room as soon as possible.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Lekshmi Rita Venugopal, General & Family Physician
