Do Lower Back Pain And Nausea Need Immediate Medical Attention?
have lower back pain on my right side that seems to slide over to my ovaries and I m slightly nauseous but not throwing up, have had it for the last 3 days but the pain is now getting worse and my husband wants to take me to the emergency room at the local hospital.
The pain and nausea you are experiencing are concerning for possible kidney issues like infection, ureteric stone.
Urine analysis and culture, Xray Kidney ureter bladder and even CT scan of the kidneys may be warranted to come to a definite diagnosis. So, please be advised to follow up with the emergency room as soon as possible.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
