Do Multiple Uterine Fibroids Cause Issues In Conceiving?
HI MY age is 36 and I am planning for first baby, because I got married on 2015 . After ultrasound I found small multiple fibroids( intramural, posterior, submuscal) in my uterus approx 2-3 cms. Also tvs for follicular study was done. Endometrium was of good quality n size was 23mm on 17th day. gynocologist has advised me to take letrozole n ecosprin. we have started planning 2 months back because earlier i was not aware about peak days . kindly suggest conceiving chances. fibroiods create conceiving problem ?

welcome to hcm...yes fibroids have the effect as reduced fertility so the rule us that please try sex on daily basis around the time of ovulation which can be clearly determined by the ovulation study
