Do My Symptoms Of Grogginess, Headaches, Light Sensitivity, And Pressure On My Head Indicate A Concussion After Hitting My Head In A Fall?

Hi! I was drinking last Saturday and fell walking home and hit my head on the sidewalk. I don’t remember it happening or anything until I woke up the next morning. I felt groggy the first couple of days and then I started to feel pressure and sort of headaches in my head a week later. I’m kind of sensitive to light but the top of my head has pressure. Do you think it’s a concussion?
