Do Pain In The Left Side Of The Neck And Bruises In The Ear After Hitting The Ear On The Edge Of The Bed Need Immediate Medical Attention?

I hit the back of my left ear on the edge of my bed and now it’s all bruised up and hurts a little. Also I feel pain on the left side of my neck. I don’t know if it might just be a knot or related to me hitting the back of my ear. Should I be worried?
