Hi, I'm 33 year old female 5 feet 3 . I weight 194 lbs. I recently started a workout routine before sleeping and it hurts to pee only at the time before I sleep. I am prone to UTI. Do you think that the workout has anything to do with the pain? Thank you

Hi there ,
Thanks for your query .
I dont think workout causes urination problems. But maintain adequate hydration as concentrated urine causes burning sensation.
Since you had mentioned that you are prone for UTI get urine analysis to rule out UTI as a cause for pain.
