My mother is having 3 weeks treatment for brain edema (first week, daily Solu medrol 80 mg, than switched to Dexamethasone (16 mg) - making her hard to sleep, and than back to Solu Medrol of 80 mg for tha last 7 days. She is experiencing extreme hip pain, and X-ray did not show anything. Could it be from steroids and what to do?
