Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
If no fever no cough no pain nothing to worry u can wait for 5 to 7 days. If not resolved even after 5 days or if size increasing, then you have to consult doctor for lymph node. Go for USG scan and FNAC. Most of the lymphadenopathy in children are associated with bacterial/viral infections called as reactive lymphadenitis. It will resolve after 1 week, so nothing to worry. If child has pain give Syp. Combiflam. If child has fever and cough give antibiotic Syp. Augmentin, according to his weight.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
