Hematologist 's  Response
Hi, dear.
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
You have mild anemia. Rest all reports are normal. So no need of big worry. No need to go to haematologist. Just go for peripherals smear examination. And take treatment accordingly. You may have iron deficiency anemia. Go for testing. Don't worry.
Hope I have answered your question, if you have doubt then I will be happy to answer.
Thanks for using health care magic.
Wish you a very good health.
