Do The Postponing Tablets Have Any Side Effects In Future?

I took norlut N yesterday and today to postpone my periods. As the same tablet was not available, the medical shop personnel gave primon N. Can i have primon N tomorrow to delay further? Will it be harmful?
Do these postponing tablets have any side effects in future after marriage or during pregnancy??

Hi,

Norlut-N and Primolut-N contain the same synthetic form of progesterone (norethisterone) hence either of these can be used to postpone your period. It will not be harmful if you switch over to Primolut-N from Porlut-N. By postponing the period the next period may be irregular or heavy however it will not cause any harmful effects after your marriage or during your pregnancy.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
