Whey protein isolate is the best form to buy as it is 90% protein and has the least amount of lactose and fat. Whey protein tends to be quickly absorbed. Body builders need more protein than most as the .8 g/kg is not enough for them. And, it should be used just before and just after exercise for optimal physiological benefits. I recommend 1.2 - 1.7 g proteing/kg body weight from food and supplements combined.
Vitamin D3 of 800 IU may be ok, but without a
blood test I cannot say. The dose is in line with our Dietary Reference Intake Guides with 600 IU being the recommended amount for a male 19-30, B-Complex is a water soluble vitamin so I doubt if there will be a problem with taking too much. It does help with energy production,
nervousness, but your coach is probably giving it to you to help with energy production.
Vitamin E - " Supplementation with 100 to 200mg of vitamin E daily can be recommended for all endurance athletes to prevent exercise-induced oxidative damage and to reap the full health benefits of exercise, "was recently concluded from a study although, honestly, the whole area is being debated.

I cannot support the use of the vitamin C.Aristozyme syrum contains enzymes to aide in the digestion of food. I have not a clue why you are on this. These are enzymes secreted from the pancreas to break down
carbohydrate and fats, but most people make enough of their own. I hope I have answered your questions. Specifically, as far as side-effects, in summary, I would be somewhat concerned about the combination of the massive vitamin C dose along with the vitamin E and the negative effects some studies are showing in endurance athletes on their muscle composition when taking this combination.
