Hello Doctor. Hope you are well. I have been recently diagnosed with Tinnitus. I have needed new glasses for over 2 years now, so my old script is no longer working and causes me to have blurred vision near and far which causes me to squint most of the time. My question is, can this vision issue cause Tinnitus?
Usually, vision problem is a symptom it won't cause tinnitus. But raised intracranial pressure, meningitis or diabetes condition may present with both tinnitus and vision problems. Please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards, Dr. Penchila Prasad Kandikattu
