Do Weakness, Headache, Joint Pain, Extreme Thirst And Foggy Head Need Immediate Medical Attention?

I am feeling very weak, I can hardly walk. I have a dull headache, muscle weakness, joint pain, extreme thrist and very foggy feeling head. I do have Lupus, Diabetitis, Fibromyalgia, and RA. I have been taking all my medication, but have slept for 2 days straight, only getting up to go to the restroom and to eat a banana and drink some water. I have tried to do more but can t. This is the worst flare or what ever it is I have ever had. Should I just wait for it to pass or go to ER. I don t think I can wait in the ER waiting room long. My shoulder joints, wrist joints and ankle joints hurt the worst. Thank you.

Hello,

It may be a flare-up of arthritis or dehydration or uncontrolled diabetes etc. You have to check it out for blood sugar, serum electrolytes or kidney function.

It may be a side effect of the drugs. Please consult your physician/rheumatologist he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
