Do You Get Dizzy And Sweat While Having A Heart Attack?
40 year old bp is 143/98 i been having pains in chest for years they allways tell me is stress well today i got tingling in fingers head ache and like my left arm fell asleep and dizzeyness how do you no no if you are having cardiac problems also when u have a heart attack do you get dizzy and sweat?

left arm fell asleep/ dizziness and pain in chest for years is not a confirm symptom of IHD.
usually the symptom is the acute severe chest pain radiating to left arm/shoulder/neck along with profuse sweating.
you are advised to go for ECG. if normal then pain may be due to psychological reason(stress/ anxiety) or gastritis.
