I been having a head aches, and no other prombles. My blood pressure today was 141/80, and I took it again 5 min later it was 130/80. Then I went walking around the store for like 20 min later on that day. I took my blood pressure there and it was 139/80, and I set there for like 5 more min again and it was 124/81. Im only 22 years old with a heart condition. That condition is Sinus tachycardia. What should I do? Also do you think Im starting Hypertension?
