Hi There is no question of 4 weeks pregnancy. For a pregnancy to establish, it must cross 5 weeks, that is urine HCG test is positive (confirmed Pregnancy) at least after one week of a missed period. Sometimes 1 or 2 days of slight vaginal spotting may occur which is mistaken as normal mens at the time of usual period. So your first day of period in March is to be taken as Last Date of Mens (LPM) and so your due or Expected Date of Delivery(EDD) is calculated as LMP + 9 months + 7 days ( approximately 280 days) .If you have confusion regarding your LMP, Please consult an Obstetrician and get Utrasonograhy study of Foetus done to confirm all those. Regards Ranjit
