hi 3 cm dilatation at 29 weeks is not a good sign for sure. such a patient is at a very high risk of preterm delivery. she should also be given steroid shots 2 doses of 12 mg betamethasone each Im 24 hours apart so that even if she has preterm delivery baby's lungs are mature and baby doesn't have complications like intraventricular haemorrhage.tooclytics should be continued . she can be given duvadilan 10 mg three times a day and she should be on complete bed rest with only bathroom privilidges. take care and all the best.
