Hello, ALFOO ( ALFUZOSIN ) is an alpha blocker and used for enlarged prostate patient ( BPH ) and helps by relaxing muscles of prostate and bladder resulting in smoother flow of urine. Side effects of medicine are drowsiness, weakness headache, low blood pressure, dry mouth etc. It doesn't mean that you would experience all these side effects. Some may experience less symptoms while others may feel them more. Special precaution should be taken when getting up fom the bed as it may make you dizzy. Get up very slow. Thanks
