Does Allegra Interact With Defza?

Sir my wife has a mechanical mitral valve taking acitrom 10 mg per day n recently was on claxane 60 mg injection for 11 days which resulted in a skin reaction with iching for that Allegra 180 was prescribed by d doctor but it didnt work then my doctor prescribed her defza 6 mg.now I m confused whether to give defza or not as she is being on a mechanical valve n on anticogulant.wt can I do pls suggest me.

Defza contains Deflazacort, which is a glucocorticoid and is prescribed for anti-inflammatory conditions, and used as an immunosuppressant.
Allegra contains fexofenadine, which is an antihistamine that reduces the effects of natural chemical histamine in the body and is used to treat the symptoms of seasonal allergies.
Allegra and Defza interaction is not known, however might exist.
Hence, kindly consult your Physician and get evaluated so that appropriate measures can be taken to overcome and prevent the same.
