Greetings.
I am glad that i am able to help you overcome your dilemma.
First i just need to know :
Are you a Male/Female?
What is your age?
Since when & for how long you've noticed bump on tongue frenulum?
Are you a smoker/tobacco chewer?
White bump/sore could range from normal wart to any inflammation, fluid filled cavity, infection, side effect of certain medicine,,foreign body obstructing underneath duct of gland etc.,
There isn't any problem with medicine you are taking for OPERCULITIS [
Amoxicillin & Hydrocodone(which should not be taken in excess)] & also hydrogenperoxide mouthwash.
But still there is possibility of following:
1. A temporary side effect of
Amoxycillin which dissapears once your course of treatment gets over for operculitis(i.e., after stopping drug).
2. A temporary side effect of
Hydrogen peroxide causing you irritation of mucosa(depending on concentration of Hydrogenperoxide you are using).
My opinion is that sore would disappear once you finish your antibiotic treatment. Meanwhile just observe any changes happening in size, colour, texture, consistency of that bump for few more weeks. If there is alteration of bump/or any new symptom viz., pain,
fever, inability to open mouth, swelling in neck etc., occurred, then it's time to fix an appointment with Oral surgeon who'll evaluate to find exact condition & treat accordingly. Maintain proper
oral hygiene by using Hydrogenperoxide/
povidone iodine mouthwashes.Remember there are still lot of possibility & can't elaborate everything here until we see you personally,
ask questions & examine.

Note:
Finally it's just a guidance. Not a definitive treatment as i haven't seen you personally. You've to realize that these are temporary remedies. We don't know what your exact condition is unless we see you personally.Consult your Doctor if you still feel uncomfortable in spite of knowing above possibility.
Hope i guided you right & it helped.
