Does Benicar Cause Dizziness And Lightheadedness?

Yes. II am getting a lot of side effects from the Benicar, like dizzyness and light headedness , and my body seems to be moving all the time. Sometimes i loose my balance..Is there a medication i can take, that will not have so many effects? Neil Moss

You mentioned that you are having dizziness, light headedness & imbalance ,after the use of benicar (olmesartan ).
You didn't mention the disease for which Benicar was prescribed .
These symptoms may be due to that disease for which this drug was advised .
This is mostly advised for hyper tension, diabetic nepharopathy, congestive heart failure .
So all above mentioned symptoms may be due to any of these diseases or due to side effects of benicar , so this is not clear , so either upload all relevant reports or consult your treating doctor .
However , for some time you can take cinnarazine ttablet for these symptoms .
but this is a prescription drug so consult a physician and get his prescription.
