Does Biotin Cause Pain And Swelling In The Hands?
I am a 62 year old female with osteo arthritis in virtually every joint in my body. Several months ago I started taking Biotin to help strengthen my nails. Lately I wake up at night itching and have started having a lot of pain and swelling in my hands and fingers. The Biotin is the only thing I have added to my regular medications so I wonder if that may be causing these symptoms.
