Hi & Welcome.
I can understand your concern regarding the safety of using the prescribed COCKTAIL of medications.
The following interactions can occur:
1. If you take
Bisoprolol together with Meloxicam, it may reduce the effects of Bisoprolol in lowering your blood pressure, especially if you use Meloxicam frequently or regularly to treat arthritis or
chronic pain.
You may need a dose adjustment or more frequent monitoring by your doctor to safely use both medications.
2. By reducing stomach acid production,
Omeprazole may reduce the absorption of iron and make it less effective in treating anemia.
Your doctor may be able to offer suggestions on safer alternatives if you require treatment for stomach acid or ulcer while you are being treated with iron.
3. Bisoprolol and Trazodone may have additive effects in lowering your blood pressure. You may experience headache,
dizziness, fainting, and/or changes in pulse or
heart rate. These side effects are most likely to be seen at the beginning of treatment, following a dose increase, or when treatment is restarted after an interruption.
Avoid driving, swimming or operating hazardous machinery.
No other harmful interactions were found between your selected drugs.
Hope to have answered your queries.
