Does Bromocriptine Cause A Negative Pregnancy Test Report?

Hi i been on bromocriptine for about the past 2 months and have had regular periods since taking the medication. i just skipped my period on april 30th. took a pregnancy test a week after and it was negative took another one a day after and it was negative as well. Could the medication be giving me a negative pregnancy test?
