Does Brufen Cause Abdominal Pain?
I have be taking Burfen SR 800 and then had lower abdominal pains more like contractions. I stop using them for 2 days then today I took 1, with food, and my stomach felt painful again after 4 hours. It has passed now. Am I right in thinking the Brufen is the problem. The only other time I have felt a similar pain was when I was taking dicolfenac.

yes it causes stomach pain
Tab. Brufen is known to cause gastritis, that may be the cause for your stomach pain. similar with Diclofenac, it also causes gastritis and stomach pain.
