Does Bupropion Interact With Paxil?

I have recently started taking mylan bupropion 300 mg. I also have been taking paxil 20 mg for many years. I seemed to have developed shaking hands , jittery feelings, aching leg muscles, jaw clenching, tongue probing roof of mouth and teeth. Are these possible side effects of the two drugs interacting?

yes, taking multiple medications that do the same thing will have additive effects. Furthermore, one cannot tell if one, the other, or the combination is the cuase of the problme. Specifically with multiple anti-depressants the problem is SEROTONIN SYNDROME. both drugs increase serotonin. Too much causes mental and nervous system problems and/or gastrointestinal overactivity. Goes away promptly with stopping some/all of the medicines.
